Hi, my name is Mel and I am so excited to be able to announce to you all that I am the class leader and owner of Baby Sensory Inner Sydney! When I had given birth to my daughter Olivia, something changed in me, it was like a switch a click or whatever you want to call it.... I became a Mum! From this day I knew I needed a change from my previous career which I was in for 13 years... I had no idea what I wanted to do but, I knew I enjoyed working with people and have a real passion in helping others and making a real difference in their lives. I came across Baby Sensory when Olivia was 9 months old and from here I fell in love with the classes! Watching Olivia grow each and every week was truly amazing to see and learning about her development was incredibly interesting, it is so amazing how much goes on in our babys brains during that first year! But the classes aren't just for our precious babys, they are also for the parents as well.
To create a safe loving and nurturing environment where parents can come together and socialise with one another and build friendships and learn from one another. I knew I had to be apart of this incredible company and bring these classes to many more babies and parents and so in 2021 I purchased the franchise for the Inner Sydney Area and it is honestly been the best career decision I have ever made! I am lucky enough to be one of those people who can say I don't feel like I work a day in my life because I love what I do so much! I am so passionate about giving you and your baby the best experience possible, providing developmental information, having fun with your baby and really creating that community that we so crave as new parents and even exisiting parents as well! In 2023 we welcomed our second baby into the world and he also attended our classes with me. If you said to me 4 years ago that I would be working with parents and babies, there is no way I would have believed you but I guess becoming a parent really does change you and I have had so many people come up to me and say that it is like this was what I was meant to be doing! Every day is so much fun and I am so excited to welcome you and your baby to our classes and be apart of your journey during this precious time.

Daniela Mesa
Daniela is our amazing class leader in our Paddington location. She started off as a class assistant helping Mel run the classes while also taking care of her baby! She loved the classes so much she trained to be the class leader she is today. She is incredibly warm, enthusiastic, bubbly, super smiley and absolutely adores babies!
When she is not teaching Daniela is also a Nanny and an amazing salsa, Lambada and Brazilian afro dancer and Zumber instructor.
