Customer FAQs

Bringing Your Partner or Visitors to Class

Please feel free to bring partners, grandparents, or other family members to classes at any time.  If you would like to bring more than one extra adult with you per baby then please let us know in advance of the class so that we can manage class numbers and ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.

Bringing Older Siblings to Baby Sensory

One of the most wonderful things about Baby Sensory classes is that they allow you to spend precious one-on-one time with your baby.  For safety reasons, and to ensure the enjoyment of all participants, we kindly ask that older siblings do not attend classes.

Families with Multiples

We understand that welcoming twins, triplets, or more comes with extra costs and logistical challenge. Multiples are always welcome in our classes and there’s no requirement for one adult per baby.

We also offer special discounts for families with multiples. Just contact us for more information.

Pricing Adjustments if you Join Mid-Term

When booking your classes, the full-term price is automatically adjusted based on how many sessions remain in the term. Simply click ‘Book Now’ next to your chosen class on the timetable to view all available booking options and their prices.

The cost for a full-term booking is calculated by multiplying the number of remaining classes by the price per class.  That way you’ll only ever pay for the sessions still to come in the term.

Missed Classes and Make-Up Sessions

We understand that life with babies and toddlers can be unpredictable.  That’s why we offer make-up options for missed classes.

If you know you’ll be absent, you can use our automated system to notify us in advance and book a make-up session.

Feeling Unwell?

If you or your child are feeling unwell, please stay home and take the time you need to rest and recover. Your health and wellbeing come first.

There’s no need to worry about missing a session.  We offer make-up classes so you can rebook and enjoy the fun when you're feeling better.

Immunisation Policy

We respect that the decision to immunise your child is a personal one. We do not require children to be immunised in order to attend our classes.

Any Other Questions

Your class leader will be in touch with a comprehensive Welcome Email before your first class which will include everything you need to know to feel confident and prepared.
