Our award winning baby sensory classes run in Inner West Melbourne in Essendon, Footscray, Williamstown and Altona North and we are so excited to share in the fun with you and your baby! We will travel through an "English Country Garden," sail the seven seas in our "Sea Songs" class, explore the rainforest in "Jungle Jitters" and celebrate "Mother's Day..." and so much more...
What happens in a Baby Sensory class?
Not only is every class different (for the whole year) but the range of activities and experiences is endless... light shows, puppets, bubbles, parachutes, musical instruments, new textures, scents, massage, lap plays and those special "wow" moments with our unique sensory wonderlands. It truly will be the highlight of your week! And because we are based on over 35 years of research, you can be sure that every activity is designed especially for your baby to be of benefit, to be age appropriate and to be uplifting for both of you.
To join our Baby Sensory multi award winning magic, just scroll down to find the class venue and time of your choice. If the class of your choice is fully booked (showing "waitlist") you are invited to waitlist for the class and book into another class time as your booking can easily be moved across to your preferred time should a space become available. However, to avoid disappointment, we do encourage you to really consider if *any* other classes could work as class movements are not guaranteed (and there are many months between terms).
Your baby will learn more during their first year than at any other time in their life. Our unique Baby Sensory program incorporates activities that are designed to stimulate development and promote bonding while injecting fun, quality time and connection into your day.
Wondering what the age ranges mean?
Let us reassure you that all classes offer the same experiences for your baby. You are encouraged to pick the class time that best suits you and your baby (not every baby naps at the same time, right?!) The younger babies class (0-7 months) is designed for those with very young babies so that there are less crawlers and walkers in class. Similarly, the 6-13 months class is designed so those with crawlers and walkers don't need to feel anxious about very young non-mobile babies being in the room. But truly, you can join any class if you know you will be comfortable and if a particular time suits you best. Contact Mel with any queries.
Feel the need to do a trial class before signing up for the term?
Trial bookings are available for select classes and subject to availability. Please note that trial bookings cannot be refunded, exchanged, transferred nor rescheduled under any circumstances.
Where will our classes be in Term 2 2024: Autumn Term?
Essendon classes will run for 9 weeks on a Monday (22/4 - 24/6, no class on 10/6) at St Therese's PACE Function Room, 48A Lincoln Road, Essendon:
