When is the Best Time to Start?
Our research-based Baby Sensory classes are suitable for babies from birth and the best time to start is simply whenever you and your baby feel ready. During the first year babies’ brains are developing at an extraordinary pace, with over 2 million new neural connections forming every second between 2 and 3 months of age.
Baby Sensory classes provide the perfect environment to nurture this growth, offering rich experiences that support cognitive development, encourage social interaction, and lay the foundations for lifelong learning through play, exploration, and bonding.
Bringing Your Partner or Visitors to Class
Please feel free to bring partners, grandparents, or other family members to classes at any time. If you would like to bring more than one extra adult with you per baby then please let us know in advance of the class so that we can manage class numbers and ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.
Bringing Older Siblings to Baby Sensory
One of the most wonderful things about Baby Sensory classes is that they allow you to spend precious one-on-one time with your baby. For safety reasons, and to ensure the enjoyment of all participants, we kindly ask that older siblings do not attend classes.
Families with Multiples
We understand that welcoming twins, triplets, or more comes with extra costs and logistical challenge. Multiples are always welcome in our classes and there’s no requirement for one adult per baby.
We also offer special discounts for families with multiples. Just contact us for more information.
Pricing Adjustments if you Join Mid-Term
When booking your classes, the full-term price is automatically adjusted based on how many sessions remain in the term. Simply click ‘Book Now’ next to your chosen class on the timetable to view all available booking options and their prices.
The cost for a full-term booking is calculated by multiplying the number of remaining classes by the price per class. That way you’ll only ever pay for the sessions still to come in the term.
Missed Classes and Make-Up Sessions
We understand that life with babies and toddlers can be unpredictable. That’s why we offer make-up options for missed classes.
If you know you’ll be absent, you can use our automated system to notify us in advance and book a make-up session.
Payment Plans
The availability of payment plans varies depending on the location or program, so it’s best to check directly with your local class leader to see what options are offered in your area.
Joining a Waitlist
If the class you’d like to attend is already full, or has the text ‘Wait List’ next to it on the timetable, we encourage you to explore and book another available session to secure your spot.
If you join a waitlist for the current term we will be in touch to let you know if a place becomes available in your preferred class. Please be aware that a spot will only become available if another family cancels their booking. While this does happen from time to time, it's not very common.
To make sure you don't miss any fun this term we highly recommend you consider joining another class in the meantime.

Feeling Unwell?
If you or your child are feeling unwell, please stay home and take the time you need to rest and recover. Your health and wellbeing come first.
There’s no need to worry about missing a session. We offer make-up classes so you can rebook and enjoy the fun when you're feeling better.
Immunisation Policy
We respect that the decision to immunise your child is a personal one. We do not require children to be immunised in order to attend our classes.
Any Other Questions
Your class leader will be in touch with a comprehensive Welcome Email before your first class which will include everything you need to know to feel confident and prepared.
