TERM 2 2025 BOOKINGS ARE NOW OPEN!!

Term 2 will start week beginning Monday 28th April 2025 and run for 9 or 10 weeks, depending on your venue. Each week we will run a new themed 45 min sensory only session filled with lots of fun and learning!

How do I join a class?

To join our multi-award winning classes, simply scroll down to enrol your baby in our program!

All of our classes regularly fill well in advance of term commencing.  If your preferred class is fully booked, please join the waitlist so that we can notify you if a place becomes available.  

You are welcome to join another class while you wait, this doesn't affect your place on the wait-list and we can move your booking over when a space in your preferred class becomes available (as it invariably does as things move around due to babies' routines changing!).

When should I join?

Your baby will learn more during their first year than at any other time in their life, so the answer to “when should I join?” is: as soon as you can.

Did you know that you do not need to wait for a new term to start before joining our magical classes? It is absolutely no problem to join our classes at any point during the current term providing there is availability - and of course, you will only pay for the classes that are remaining!

Please note that across the state our classes regularly sell out well in advance of term starting so if you know you would like to join us for our next term of classes - please book your baby's place sooner rather than later, especially as our capacity for each class is limited in order to comply with current health and safety guidelines and to ensure the safety of our Baby Sensory families, and class leaders.

What should I expect?

You will receive a welcome email when your enrolment is confirmed, with lots of information about what to bring, when to arrive, parking etc. Then expect to have fun, create memories with your baby and make new connections with other families in our classes!

 Wondering what the age ranges mean?

Let us reassure you that all classes offer the same experiences for your baby. You are encouraged to pick the class time that best suits you and your baby (not every baby naps at the same time, right?!) The younger babies class (0-6 months) is designed for those with very young babies so that there are less crawlers and walkers in class. Similarly, the 7-13 months class is designed so those with crawlers and walkers don't need to feel anxious about very young non-mobile babies being in the room. But truly, you can join any class if you know you will be comfortable and if a particular time suits you best. Contact Zahra with any queries.

Can I bring my older children to class?

No. For the safety of all our young babies in our classes, we do not allow older siblings to attend our sessions. It also gives you an opportunity to connect with your baby and create a bond and spend quality time with your baby and have an enjoyable Baby Sensory experience. 

Worried that you may miss a class?

We all have classes that we will be unable to make; maybe you have a holiday planned, you and/or bub are not 100% well, or you’ve just woken up after one of ‘those’ nights. 

We do encourage you to stay home if you are feeling unwell - both for the health and safety of you and your baby, and for the other families attending classes on that day.

In order to arrange to attend an alternate class in one of our other locations as a "make up", please contact you class leader prior to the class that will be missed - either via text or email -  so that we can secure your baby a mat in another class within the term. 

You then have two options:

1. You are welcome to join another one of our classes at a different location at any point during your enrolled Term (subject to available places) - these make up classes must be booked in advance on our online customer portal. You can mark your absence on line and book into one of our other classes for a make up. A missed make-up class cannot be re-booked. All make up classes must be attended within the current term - they cannot be carried over into subsequent terms. Please email at manningham-vic@babysensory.com, or text 0401 854 443 if you have any questions.

2. You can gift the class to a friend and their baby who can attend the class you are missing in your place (you must let your class leader know so that this person and their baby is registered and contact details are provided for traceability reasons.  Your friend will need to attend at your usual venue and class time (not an alternate week).

In cases where the above options are not feasible, the missed class is then forfeited.  We do not offer refunds or carry missed classes into future terms so you are encouraged to communicate with our class leader as early as possible in the current term - they cannot be carried over into subsequent terms.
