Baby Sensory Parties and Events are Magical!
Our Baby Sensory parties are suitable for any occasion when you and your family and friends come together for a celebration, including:
- Birthdays
- Christening or naming ceremonies
- School fairs
- Parents group events and more!
Whatever your event, we'll make it magical, mesmerising and memorable for you and your baby and for your guests!
We offer several different themed party classes that vary in length from a shortened Baby Sensory class of half an hour, to the full Baby Sensory hour experience.
Themed classes include:
- Lively Party
- Light & Magic
- Water Fun
- Baby Sailors
- Jungle Fun
- Baby Shark
- African Safari
- Old MacDonald's Farm
- Superheroes
We can also tailor a party class for you, should you wish – a quote can be provided once class and activities have been determined based on a particular theme.
Prices range from $300 to $650 (incl GST)
- 30 minutes - starting at $300 for Group activities only (based on up to 10 babies/toddlers under 14 months old participating with 1 adult per child)
- 45 minutes - starting at $400 for Group activities only (based on up to 10 babies/toddlers under 14 months old participating with 1 adult per child)
- 1 Hour - starting at $650 for Full Baby Sensory class experience (including exploratory play and based on up to a maximum of 15 babies/toddlers under 14 months old with one adult per child)
50% deposit is payable at booking and is non-refundable. Final balance is payable one business day prior to your event.
Location & Venue
Parties held outside of Greater Geelong will also incur a travel fee
Please note that the pricing above does not include venue hire and we do not provide venue or equipment hire services.
Health and Safety
No food or drinks can be consumed around the Sensory Area or equipment.
Babies from birth to 14 months may participate, and there must be a parent participating with every baby.

2024 Special Events
Christmas In July | Tuesday 4th & Wednesday 5th July 2023 in Geelong West
It's Christmas - but in July! Carols, Jingling Bells, Snowmen, Santa, Reindeer, SNOW! The perfect balm to cold weather, and the best way to spend a (potentially) raining and cold hour with your baby and loved ones!
Spaces are limited in order to allow 2 adults to attend per baby. These 60 minute parties are fully themed, and will provide a plethora of magical memories and gorgeous photo opportunities - costumes optional (but encouraged!).
Tickets are $35 and will give one baby and two adults entry to these magical Christmas in July Parties.

Father's Day | September 2023
Watch this space - this is the perfect gift for your baby's dad. Run on the weekend to enable working parents to come along and enjoy an hour of bonding time in a beautiful environment created to enable fun experiences for babies to share with their parents!

Baby Pumpkin (Halloween Celebration) | October 2023
We have the most incredible "Baby Pumpkin" parties for you to enjoy with your baby on Sunday 30th October at Geelong West Town Hall.

Christmas Parties | December 2023
Our magical 'Baby's First Christmas Party' parties sell out VERY fast (often within 24 hours!)
These 60 minute celebrations of the most wonderful time of the year are not to be missed! We'll be helping Santa get unstuck from the Chimney, Rocking Around the Christmas Tree, Opening presents and getting festive in the most wonderful of ways - including making it SNOW!
The photo opportunities will be endless - our fully decorated and themed Exploratory Play area will provide your baby with an incredible play and explore experience, while you capture some incredible moments and memories of your baby's first Christmas Party that will last a lifetime.
Easter | April 2024
Our magical Easter celebration class is full of beautiful scents, tactile experiences, singing & signing, puppet shows and more! With so many gorgeous memories to create and capture in an absolutely magical environment, these Easter Celebrations are not to be missed!
Mother's Day | May 2024
Watch this space - our Mother's Day celebrations are a beautiful celebration of love, connection and mother-baby bonding. Full of tactile sensory experiences, beautiful, calming activities and gorgeous sights it really is not to be missed.

Enrolled in one of our Special Events and worried you now can't make it?
Fees for Special Events are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
If you need to transfer into an alternate special-event class being held on the same day or weekend/week, we will always do our very best to accommodate this request - but it is subject to availability within your preferred class time/day. Requests for transfer should be emailed to Geelong-Vic@babysensory.com with all applicable information so that we can best investigate availability and alternate options.
