Baby Sensory is a unique programme for babies birth to 13-months, that promotes learning and development. Specifically designed from birth to aid baby development, the programme is packed with an incredible variety of sounds, smells, sights, textures, music, dance, signing, therapeutic games, bonding and massage. Each class runs for 45 minutes and you'll never experience the same class twice. Baby Sensory provides hundreds of sensory development activities that are great fun for parents and babies to share in the vital first year. The experiences are also suitable for babies with sensory or physical impairment.

Term 1: Monday 22nd January - Thursday 28th March
Term 2: Monday 15th April - Friday 21st June
Term 3: Monday 8th July - Friday 13th September
Term 4: Monday 30th September - Friday 6th December
Term 1 Venues/Days:
Classes will run at Manly West on a Tuesday (10-week term), and Alexandra Hills on a Thursday (10-week term) and *Friday (9-week term).
**Please note re: Friday classes at Alexandra Hills - due to the Good Friday Public Holiday, Week 9 classes will be held at the venue on the Wednesday of that week, at your regular booking time.
WEEK 9 CLASS: Change from Friday (29th March Public Holiday) to Wednesday 27th March (regular booking time)
All other classes will run on Fridays as advertised. If you cannot attend the Wednesday session in lieu of the regular Friday times, please email bayside-qld@babysensory.com in advance of booking to discuss.

On the timetable below, click "Book now” on your preferred class to secure your space. If you experience any difficulties during the booking process, please contact us directly and we can assist with your booking.
Classes run in 9 or 10-week blocks and bookings cost $20 p/class for a 45-min class (e.g. $200 for a 10x week term). Class fees are typically paid up front and in full if booking online, however, please contact us at bayside-qld@babysensory.com if you wish to discuss PAYG options (available for half-term and full-term bookings only).
We offer full-term bookings, half-term bookings (5-weeks) and a trial package of 3x sessions ($60).
Wanting to enrol but a class is full? Make sure you go on the waitlist as spaces can come up at any time. This will also mean you get notifications when new classes or terms are open!

How long are classes?
Classes run for 45 minutes and are run weekly at your scheduled booking time.
How long does a term run for?
Most terms will run for 10-weeks, however, if any major public holidays fall on your schedule class day, occasionally some terms may run for 9-weeks.
What are my booking/class options?
We offer the below booking options for classes:
- A full term booking (10 or 9 weeks)
- A half-term booking (5 weeks)
- A trial pack of 3x classes ($60). Please note, trial classes will typically only be offered after a term has commenced, as full-term bookings will be offered priority of places in the first instance. If space is still available in your desired class/venue, it is at this time we will offer the option to book a trial pack.
Do you offer single-class trials or casual bookings?
Unfortunately not for new families. Through much experience, we've found that sometimes there may be a 'settling-in' period for babies who are new to the programme, and it takes around three weeks for them to ease into a new class routine. It is for this reason we offer a 3x class trial pack, so caregivers can see the benefit of the programme (as one class isn't always enough to experience the magic!).

Manly West (Tuesday) - Bayside Uniting Church Hall, 420 Wondall Rd, Manly West
Alexandra Hills (Thursday & Friday) - Redlands Church of Christ Hall, 51 Allenby Rd, Alexandra Hills (access via McMillan Street)
Can I join after the term has started?
Absolutely! As every week is a different class theme so it doesn’t matter when you start during the term. If you join part way through a term, you will only pay for the remaining lessons in that term.
Do you offer a discount for families with multiples?
Yes! We offer a reduced rate of 50% off the second child or, where three children are present, ‘buy 2, get one free’. Please contact us for more information and bookings.
Is my baby to young/old for classes?
As the programme was created for babies 0-13 months, as long as they sit within this age bracket, your little one is never going to be too young or old to start the programme. Baby Sensory is wonderful opportunity to introduce them to a rich variety of sensory experiences regardless of what stage of development they’re at!
